Poco F4 GT specs and renders leak ahead of Tuesday’s launch, Tip Redmi K50 Gaming Edition rebranding

The Poco F4 GT is set to launch around the world on April 26, and ahead of its official launch, a new leak has shared the smartphone’s renders and specs. The Poco F4 GT will reportedly pack a 6.67-inch AMOLED Full HD+ display that offers a 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass protection. The smartphone is also said to be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. The specs suggest that the Poco F4 GT might be a rebranded version of the Redmi K50 Gaming Edition that launched in China in February.

According to a report From Winfuture.de, the Poco F4 GT is a gaming smartphone and the back of the phone is designed to show the gaming background of the phone. It is said to come again with a yellow color variant (the Poco brand color). The device should be equipped with various buttons on the housing that were specially designed for gamers. In addition to the yellow version, the Poco F4 GT is said to be available in three colors including Cyber ​​Yellow, Knight Silver and Stealth Black.

The design seems to be the same as that of the Redmi K50 Gaming Edition, which is said to be the smartphone that will be renamed the Poco F4 GT. As a reminder, the Redmi phone was launched in February.

As mentioned, this Poco smartphone will reportedly offer a 6.67-inch AMOLED Full HD+ display with a punch-hole for the front camera, positioned in the center of the screen. The Poco F4 GT is said to come with 8GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of built-in storage, and is said to pack a 4,700mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging.

As for the rear cameras, the Poco F4 GT is said to come with a 64-megapixel Sony IMX686 primary sensor. There isn’t much information about the assist cameras at this time. We also have no official information on whether the smartphone will also have a 12GB RAM variant, like the Redmi K50 Gaming Edition.

Although the price of the Poco F4 GT hasn’t been leaked yet, we can assume that it will match the Redmi K50 Gaming Edition, which cost CNY3,299 (about Rs.39,000) for its 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model, which cost CNY3,599 (about Rs.39,000). 42,600 Rs.) for the 12GB + 128GB model and 3,899 CNY (approx.
