Realme GT Neo 3 and its 150W fast charging variant, the Realme GT Neo 3 (150W), have started receiving the Android 13-based UI 3.0 updates. Realme CEO Madhav Sheth unveiled the Android 13 Early Access roadmap for India on September 19, which confirmed a list of 30 Realme smartphones eligible to receive their Android 13 updates. He had further confirmed that the Realme GT Neo 3, Realme GT Neo 3 (150W) and Realme GT 2 will be the first to receive the updates by the end of September via the Android 13 Early Access program.

However, it seems that the Realme GT Neo 3 and Realme GT Neo 3 (150W) have taken a little longer to update than predicted as they will finally be launched in mid-November. The updates are currently rolls step by step for Realme GT Neo 3 and Realme GT Neo 3 (150W) limited users. Meanwhile, a wider release of the update is expected soon.

To get the updates, Realme GT Neo 3 users need to make sure they are using the latest firmware version number RMX3561_11.A.15, RMX3561_11.A.16. Meanwhile, Realme GT Neo 3 (150W) users should ensure their firmware is updated to the latest version number RMX3563_11.A.15, RMX3563_11.A.16.

The smartphone maker advises users to install the latest update with caution as it is still a beta version which may cause errors for users. The beta versions will undergo improvements to provide a “refined” and “smoother experience” with fully stable launch, the company confirmed.

Realme also offers users the option to roll back to the Android 12-based operating system if they wish.

Realme also launched a Realme GT Neo 3 Naruto Edition in May this year, sporting an orange back that matches the theme of the Naruto anime. The smartphone’s triple rear camera setup is surrounded by metallic silver paint alongside the anime’s “Hidden Leaf Village” icon on the back. The limited edition of the handset was made available exclusively for customers in China.
