Realme Narzo 50 5G India launches in May; Color, Storage, Storage Options Tip: Report

Realme Narzo 50 5G is reportedly set to arrive in India in May. This new addition to the Realme Narzo 50 range could offer three RAM/storage configurations at launch. It’s believed to be a 5G variant of the 4G-capable Realme Narzo 50 handset that was released in February earlier this year. There has been no official word on this rumored handset from Realme. However, we can expect more information to emerge in the coming weeks as the expected release draws nearer.

A recently report by 91Mobiles suggests that the Realme Narzo 50 5G could appear in India in May. At launch, it may be available in three configurations: 4GB RAM + 64GB internal storage, 4GB RAM + 128GB internal storage, and 6GB RAM + 128GB internal storage. Additionally, this Realme handset could also offer Hyper Black and Hyper Blue color options.

The Realme Narzo 50 5G is expected to come with a 50MP main camera on the back. It may have a 5,000mAh battery with fast charging support. This smartphone is said to have a Full HD+ display. It could boot Android 12 based Realme UI 3.0 skin out of the box.

In related news, Realme recently released the Realme Narzo 50A Prime in India, which features a 6.6-inch LCD screen with 600 nits of peak brightness and a 180Hz touch sampling rate. The handset is powered by a Unisoc T612 SoC paired with a Mali-G57 GPU. For optics, the Realme Narzo 50A Prime has a triple rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor, along with an unspecified monochrome portrait sensor and an unspecified macro sensor. There is also an 8MP AI camera on the front for selfies and video calls. The smartphone packs a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging. It packs 4GB of RAM and up to 128GB of onboard storage (expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card).
