The renders suggest that the rumored smartphone series could launch in at least two color options. The report highlights that the Xiaomi 12T and Xiaomi 12T Pro will have different SoCs and primary camera sensors. The Xiaomi 12T Pro will reportedly feature a 200MP camera, while the Xiaomi 12T will only get a 108MP camera. The Xiaomi 12T series is expected to be launched in October.

The price for the Xiaomi 12T Pro is said to start at 849 euros (approx. 67,600 rupees) in Europe. The report also included some key specs and alleged renderings of the upcoming phones. According to the renders, the handsets could come in at least two color options – black and blue.
According to another recent report, the Xiaomi 12T series will be launched globally in October alongside an unidentified Redmi Pad tablet.
Xiaomi 12T Pro specifications (expected)
Xiaomi 12T Pro will reportedly run on Android 12-based MIUI 13. It could also feature a triple rear camera setup with an LED flash, according to the alleged renders. The front shows the phones with a punch-hole cutout which is expected to house the selfie camera. The smartphones could get the volume rockers and the power button on the right side.
According to the report, the Xiaomi 12T Pro is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 octa-core SoC with a maximum frequency of up to 3.2 GHz. The handset is said to get up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The handset will also reportedly launch with an 8GB RAM option in some countries. The smartphone gets a triple rear view camera with LED flash.

The upcoming smartphone will reportedly get an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture and a 2-megapixel macro camera on the back. On the front, the Xiaomi 12T Pro could feature a 20MP selfie camera in a punch-hole cutout on the top of the display. It is said to have a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 1,220 x 2,712 pixels. The smartphone could pack a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.

According to the report, Xiaomi 12T and Xiaomi 12T Pro have identical specs with three notable differences. The vanilla Xiaomi 12T will reportedly run on Android 12-based MIUI 13. It is said to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 Ultra SoC. The handset is said to start with just 8GB RAM instead of the 12GB RAM expected for the Pro model.
